OUR MANAGEMENT

Driss EL KOHEN is a graduate of EM Lyon (1983) and a certified Chartered Accountant, in France (1987), with 40 years of experience in various consulting and finance organizations.

He began his career at Price Waterhouse in Paris, before taking on a position as a project manager at the Ministry of Finance in Rabat. He later embarked on another managerial journey within the ONA Group (1st capitali), where he successively held the roles of Group Human Resources Director (20,000 employees), Director of Miscellaneous Investments and then Group Chief Financial Officer.

In 1999, he founded DEK Audit & Conseil, a multidisciplinary firm operating through a network of experts. His diverse on-the-ground experience has enabled him to attract a wide range of clients: foreign groups establishing themselves in the region, financial institutions, growing businesses, or companies undergoing restructuring. The strategy of DEK Audit & Conseil is to stand out through a comprehensive service offering, constantly adapted to special assignments or those with high added value.
